Adding funds to your QDivZero balance is a one-screen flow. The platform creates a secure checkout session with the payment gateway and credits the balance as soon as the gateway confirms the transaction.

Step by step

  1. Open the platform and go to Billing → Top up.
  2. Enter the amount in EUR. The screen previews the new balance.
  3. Click Continue to checkout. The platform calls POST /billing/checkout and redirects you to the gateway.
  4. Complete the payment. The gateway sends you back to the success URL.
  5. The platform credits your balance and writes a positive ledger entry tagged with the session id.

FAQ

Is my card stored?

No. QDivZero does not store card numbers. The gateway tokenizes the payment and returns a one-time session id.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, for unused balance. Open a request from Billing → Profile. Refunds appear as a negative ledger entry.

Do top-ups expire?

No. Your balance stays available until you spend it.

Why was my top-up declined?

Most declines come from 3-D Secure challenges that did not complete. Try a different card or contact your bank.
