RoBERTalex is an encoder pretrained on Spanish legal text. It provides a basis for adapted classification or extraction with your own data and evaluation. It is not a ready-made legal chat: task, outputs and integration depend on the application you build.
Define clause types and retrieve relevant contract passages. Request output containing the text, reference and fields your team reviews. You can compare against a template while retaining original wording so the analysis can be verified.
Scope the collection by matter and define needed data: parties, validity, obligations or missing documents. Extract results with file and clause references. Your application consolidates findings and the team reviews differences or gaps against the original documents.
Add selected sources and retain jurisdiction, subject and date as metadata. Apply those filters before retrieving passages and use reranking if it improves relevance. Search operates on your collection; maintain its coverage and versions for the tool’s intended use.
Align documents or clauses and retain version identifiers. Combine a text diff with analysis of changed passages to prepare a reviewable view. Avoid relying solely on whole-contract summaries: showing both texts helps the team check exactly what changed.
Document volume determines preparation and indexing; queries and context shape inference needs. Start with one contract type or a scoped collection. Include integration and the review needed to make results useful in daily work.
If the system provides access to documents and metadata, your integration can prepare content for Retrieval. Preserve case, client, version and permissions. The application retrieves only authorised sources and returns references that allow users to open the original document.
Provide relevant passages and request an answer linked to their references. Define how to indicate missing information and check results against the contract. RAG supplies context, but you should evaluate answer fidelity and retain team review.
An integration lets you design the workflow around your case files: authorised sources, analysis fields, versions and links to original documents. You can connect outputs to your tools. Your team retains review criteria and decides how to use each result.
Build clause search or terms extraction connected to your document management system.
