QDivZero is a product developed and operated by Valendra Tech SL, a company registered in Spain with VAT number B22798409 and registered office in Jerez de la Frontera, Cádiz.

By accessing the QDivZero website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services Description

QDivZero provides an autonomous infrastructure platform for AI workloads, including model execution through Compute, routing and load balancing through Smart Balancers, semantic retrieval through Flexible Vector Database, and guardrail enforcement through Firewall.

We continually enhance our platform with new features and improvements. These terms apply to all current and future services we offer. Access to certain features may require subscription to specific service plans as outlined in our pricing structure.

3. Account Registration

To use QDivZero services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breaches. You may not share your account with others or use multiple accounts to circumvent service limitations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use QDivZero services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

The following is expressly prohibited:

  • Using our services to store, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.

You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to our platform, but you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide our services to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our services without explicit written permission.

6. Service Availability and Warranty

While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, QDivZero is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valendra Tech SL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Capacity-Based Pricing

QDivZero charges for services based on compute capacity usage (hours of GPU time) rather than token-based billing. Pricing for each service is published on our website and may be updated from time to time.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your account usage. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided for material changes.

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our services, you accept the processing of your data in accordance with said policy.

QDivZero processes data only as necessary to provide our services. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access or disclosure.

QDivZero may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including cloud infrastructure providers, to deliver our platform. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.
